Essential Oils
Mother Nature is my homegirl.
My ally on the path to wellness, and one of the best ways I have found to connect, heal and live the "Blissed" life is with ESSENTIAL OILS.
Since I was about 17 I have been fascinated by and in love with essential oils. I can remember collecting a new oil every other week and researching everything I could about them.
I discovered they could be used for so many things, from emotional wellness to cleaning products.
They totally rocked my world.
The only thing was that back then, being interested in essential oils basically meant you were the devil. Not really ;-)
What I mean is, that it was outside of societal norms and thus deemed foolhardy or as snake oil. It was for tree huggers and the gullible and so I didn't pursue it other than for personal use.
Fast forward to today.
Today our culture has embraced essential oils on a massive scale, the proof is not only in the pudding but the science is there to back it up and today I am lucky enough to have found a company that has amazing standards in regards to oil quality and an absolute gem of a philanthropic approach to their distributors, suppliers and charity support.
